Florida Grande is a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa.  All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups.  Each lot is landscaped, however owners have ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board.  We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort.

POA dues are $640/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at dumpster, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse , pickle ball courts, and pool.  The clubhouse features a Grande Room great for pot-lucks and gatherings, a library, laundry room, billiards room, craft room, business center with WiFi, and a fitness center.  Electric is metered individually to each owner.

As a fully deeded lot, owners have their own unique address.  USPS comes to the mailroom in the clubhouse.  Other delivery providers such as UPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliver directly to your lot.  Additional services such as Kroger and Schwan’s also deliver directly to your site.

This beautiful property is an east-facing back-in lot with 12x32 ft Grande Suite which is complete with high quality finishes. Outside the pergola provides a beautiful area to relax watching the sunset. The Grande Suite comes furnished inside and out, and a golf cart is also included.
