A little about the resort:

We are a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa. All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups. Each lot is landscaped, however owners have the ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board. We are family-friendly and pet-friendly.

Ownership has fully deeded lots so each lot has its own unique mailing address. Mail can be received by USPS at each individual’s box in the mailroom at the clubhouse or through delivery companies such as UPS and FedEx directly to your site.

POA dues are $843/quarterly which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at dumpster, irrigation, water, and sewer. Electric is metered individually to each owner. Also included are all amenities at 20,000 aq ft clubhouse.
